She was a designer, singer and performer who broke through the barriers of the industry of music. She was at once contemporary and traditional a Mexican-American performer who merged both worlds in a singular way--and brought excellent Tejano music to a mass public. Her name was rising whose untimely passing splintered it. As is the norm for a gifted, charming and young artist dies too soon people mourn the possibilities she was yet to reach. To prevent her successes from going unnoticed many of her fans in the last few times have been motivated to achieve more. Selena's shooting death sparked emotion in Latino community that is similar with Elvis Presley, and John Lennon. Selena was an extremely loved Latino performer throughout North America. Her music transcended the boundaries of culture and brought joy to youngsters as well as older adults. Selena, who was hot and stunning stage performer, who was often referred to as Latina Madonna was a model offstage. Selena was also active in anti-drug initiatives.
